CEO – Peter Fredriksson

Peter has an extensive background in the financial markets. Prior to co-founding Baymarkets, Peter was CEO of Cscreen Ltd. the successful OTC equity derivatives platform now owned by NYSE Euronext. Previously sales director of Cinnober AB, Peter has many years of experience dealing with exchange systems clients such as CBOE, the American Stock Exchange, LME and others. In 1989 Peter founded Risk Management Systems (RMS) a financial analysis and markets databases system vendor. In 1997 RMS was acquired by OM Group where Peter continued as MD. Peter has also been a broker at Dean Witter Reynolds specializing in derivatives on fixed income and metals.

Director - Mike Hudson

Mike is a serial investor in financial markets opportunities. He is a principal of Flamingo Partners LLC which is a substantial investor in Baymarkets. Mike has been a principal of Conceptec LLC which co-financed Cscreen Ltd and Cinetics AB. Cscreen was a market operations company which was sold to Euronext.Liffe in 2005. Cinetics developed marketplace software and was sold to Cinnober Financial Technology in 2006. In 1990 Mike founded Sunrise Brokers, a top rated OTC equity derivatives broker, and was its CEO and latterly Chairman prior to selling his stake in an MBO in 2009. Mike graduated from City University, London in 1987 and became a director of Baymarkets in 2010.

Director – Jakob Svärdström

With 15 years experience within the IT-sector Jakob founded KTH Seed Capital in 2002. Jakob held key management positions in the internationally expanding software companies Intentia International and StreamServe Inc. Jakob has been Managing Director of Kvadrat Consulting Group. Jakob also participated in the start-up and served as chairman of the board of Applied Sensor AB, a high growth company in the sensor technology sector and Trustweaver AB, a software company dealing with Internet security. Jakob is member of the board of Swedish Venture Capital Association. BSc at Uppsala University. Born 1964.

Head of Development - Klas Ekwall

Klas has over 17 years of experience in the software development industry. Since graduating at Hawaii Pacific University with a Masters in Information Systems, he has worked as IT-consultant, architect and developer, involved in all aspects of delivering successful software systems in the telecom, travel and financial sectors. Klas has the breadth and depth of knowledge necessary to deliver secure, efficient and robust systems. He heads a team of talented engineers that are passionate about delivering software of highest quality.
